FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

ChargeTech is committed to providing high-quality products and stands behind them with a comprehensive Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to all charging stands, tables, kiosks, lockers, carts and cabinets, covering component failures due to manufacturer defects. (Does not apply to portable power products with rechargeable batteries.) This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from ChargeTech or an Authorized ChargeTech Dealer.

What Does Our Warranty Cover:

Our Five-Year Limited Warranty includes coverage for component failures such as: circuit boards, circuit breakers, power supplies, control panels, touchscreens, and lock mechanisms.

ChargeTech provides full coverage of your purchase for the first year, including repair or replacement of a defective product. Shipping costs for both the return of defective products and delivery of replacements are covered by ChargeTech for customers within the United States. Exclusions remain the same during this period.
After the first year, coverage is limited to the replacement of defective components. ChargeTech will cover the shipping costs for replacement components sent to customers within the United States.

In the event of a covered failure, ChargeTech will provide replacement components and detailed instructions for performing the replacement.

ChargeTech does not cover labor charges or reimburse for any third-party repair costs.

What Isn't Covered...

  • Products damaged due to accidents, neglect, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.
  • Environmental damage caused by humidity, corrosive environments, or other contaminants.
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, wiring, or use with non-recommended equipment.
  • Consumable items such as replacement cables, rechargeable batteries, UV bulbs, custom branding, or similar components.
  • Freight-damaged items (must be handled per carrier policy).
    Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Acts of nature, such as floods, lightning, or earthquakes.
    Products not installed or operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
  • Loss or theft of the product.

Other Exclusions and Limitations

By purchasing at Chargetech, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review Chargetech’s warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth [above] or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Chargetech expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Chargetech shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Chargetech product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Chargetech product.

Chargetech TotalCare

Customers may enroll in our TotalCare Plan for enhanced warranty support with access to certified technicians for onsite troubleshooting and repairs. TotalCare coverage is billed annually at $195 for a single registered product. Coverage for additional products can be added to a customer’s TotalCare account at a cost of $95 each. The TotalCare coverage will renew annually on the anniversary date of enrollment and can be canceled at any time. Availability of onsite repair services may vary by location. Repair & Replacement Guides

Customers have access to a library of video tutorials and detailed guides to assist with the installation of replacement components. These resources are available on the ChargeTech website.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, complete the form below or contact our support team directly. If they are able to confirm the issue, the replacement product or components will be shipped directly to you. If the returned product has no identifiable issue, or if the damage is outside the warranty scope, ChargeTech reserves the right to charge return delivery fees. Immediate replacements can be arranged by placing a new order for the component or product.
